I report and support cost reporting on a cost reimbursable contract for a construction company. I also support with invoicing our primary client on a monthly basis. This involves tracking costs and providing supporting evidence of payments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find it difficult at times juggling work/learning, but overall enjoy the development of myself within my apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I wouldn't say I've learnt many new skills through my apprenticeship, however it has helped enhance and reinforce skills that I am developing throughout my apprenticeship.

Well organised, I have regular progress calls and check ins with talent coaches/line managers.

I receive one day per week as study support and to complete apprenticeship requirements.

I receive very good study support, however sometimes other areas within my learning provider fail to appreciate the conflicting requirements of work, studies and apprenticeship requirements.
