Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first 2 days are a general induction to Accenture and its functional groups. Along with core values and vision. In the first week there are lots of spotlight sessions showcasing various aspects of Accenture, highlighting Inclusion and Diversity, along with their tech vision for the future amongst other things. The various client groups Accenture serves is also shown. Throughout the scheme, there is a project working with a charity to provide a real world infrastructure that they can utilise to grow the charity.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful, detailed sessions were included on potential roles and business functions

Developed lots of existing skills such as analytical thinking, decisiveness and creativity. I also picked up lots of new skills too like business model creation, management and design thinking!

Very inclusive and diverse, nearly everyone is approachable and is happy to have a chat over a coffee about nearly anything!

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture
Be as social as possible and make most of the networking opportunities - there are so many people across Accenture that you never know who you'll meet. Don't shy away from talking to senior managers and above - they're very happy to chat if they have the time!
