Balfour beatty is an amazing company to work in. From the first day i started to now my 5th year with the company i have been supported every step of the way. My role within the company is as a design engineer along with being on site and understanding the different procedure's on site and putting whatever i learn academically to visually seeing it in real life

With university, it is well organised. When working i am applying what i learnt in university to my actual work so i am getting both academic and practical experience.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support is there within my team at any time and there is no hessitation when i ask for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Coventry university is good when it comes to working towards my qualifications and offers a lot of support during the class as well as outside the class. Emails are sent and teams meetings are organised if help is required
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Why?
Good company to work for. Many different opportunities within the company to get into. If its homes, buildings, roadworks, working for HS2. It is a good environment to work around and the main thing for an apprentice and graduate is the support and there is plenty of support.
