Apprentice mechanic and I am at college learning about different subjects and we go into the workshop quite a lot
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is very fun here and teachers are really nice , we also have a fusbol table to play on at break time

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to make new friends and pursue something I enjoy a lot , I enjoy working with my mentor and he is very knowledgeable and I love what I do especially when I bring satisfaction to the customer when fixing then vehicle

It is exceptional and I and others have been given a lot of support while in the programme , I definitely recommend it to anyone who is just leaving school or has not been treated correct at other companies or enjoys the automotive industry
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot , such as them paying for my hotel and travel and revive gifts such as DAF coasts pens and note pad
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot especially from the teachers who will slow down or do 1 to 1 if u are struggling
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it has helped me a lot especially being given overalls that are reflective
