On Mondays I go to college doing a mechatronics course, then for the rest of the week I am in Ashford depot doing mechanical/electrical maintenance on Balfour Beatty's tamping machines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program because they always have events for early careers employees to go to and are very welcoming.
