The internship team asked for our preference on services/ industry and allocated us onto different WS within 2 projects. A lot of support from mentor, buddy and the internship team. A lot of spotlight events to understand different area of Accenture. Good onboarding process

Yes. A lot of responsibilities on the project. Required you to be self-motivated but loads of support available if needed
