work evolves round the support to the operational team in managing contracts and costs for a major project , I am in a team of 5 with great support and discussions that we all contrubute and support each other.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its a reasonable size group with a mixture of students from across the country and across the spectrum of construction and company sizes

Skills Development is always developing as the industry covers many countries and cultures and no matter what you think you know there is always more to learn
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is well organised and the course lead is very committed and supportive, no matter how well the course is its about being able to commit and take part and take advantage of the course lectures and support available
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is offered all the time but again it is down to ourselves to take and ask for help , learning , reading suggestions, work needs to continue and if you ask you will get , its not going to be spoon fed to you, you need to ask questions or raise your hand to the many who work around you.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again the support is there , but its about standing up and asking , each year i have found more places, online, offline, people at work, students , guest speakers and pretty much all will help in some way or another. The drop is sessions to talk and discuss academic writing , dissertations etc are ongoing all the time , you just got to turn up and ask sometimes...
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Its a mixture , the skill set and support should reflect in your work place but may not mirror your actual day to day job but give guidance on how to improve
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

work has many activities , we are a a large and varied team and there is always something happening and there is no pressure to do all , just some ...its worth creating those extra bonds and having conversation outside of the work environment
