my mentor is the reason why i got a distinction within balfour beatty they was amazing my mentor always checked on me and always asked if i need help the people in the lab took there time to help me out which helped massively. tiro side was a bit hard and the app was hard to navigate.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

loads, my mentor had weekly checks with me and daily checked if i was ok and need help, if she couldnt help she would get another technician to show me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they are very busy, will my tutor was amazing but is very busy, the website is very awkward to navigate aswell
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it does and doesn't, the qualification, is very broad and cover a large area so some of the topics dosen't really apply to us.
