Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I complete tasks regarding home ownership and rent accounting. These tasks involve me sorting out right to buy applications for home ownership. When doing rent accounting i complete tasks regarding DD, refunds, resolving queries for customers on a day to day tasks.

I have learnt many new skills since starting, mainly supporting my customer service skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It started very organised at the start of the programme, I knew what I was doing each day and knew at least once a day I was able to complete my college work to keep up to date. However, since the start of this year it has become less organised as I don't know what it happening each day, and when completing college work I am not having a certain day or time when able to complete this, I am having to fit it in each da whenever I can. It has led to me falling behind on some parts of my college work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support at the start but recently finding time to do the college work has been more difficult as not having certain times when to complete the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received a lot of support form the training provider, there is always a chance to contact my mentor and they will respond quite quickly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it has made me perform a lot better as it has gave me training on certain things that have never been available before.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
