I work as a attendance admin for the schools attendance team where I take calls for the team from schools and parents regarding attendance and fines that parents get for taking their kid on holiday during term time.

It is a very well constructed programme which allows us to do many things and help parents and schools to our fullest capacity.

Why?
It's a great way to go into a career like at first I had no idea what I really wanted to do but after nearly working here as an apprentice for 10 months I have realised I really want to carry on working with parents and schools and continue working in this field
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sandwell Council?
Please do you wouldn't regret the journey at all and is a very safe and great place to make new friends and improve your knowledge working with customers
