I've been learning more about diary management and improved my note take skills for meetings.

Although its currently going through a restructure, I would say the council is still well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my manager, I'm encouraged to come to them about any questions I have or work related help I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support I receive is fine, although meeting have had to be cancelled and rebooked a few times and issues with Onefile have occurred.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps my performance by teaching me more about customer service and how it impacts local authorities such as Sandwell
