As a Project Officer, I am responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of a range of social impact projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively and achieve meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve. This includes working closely with both internal teams and external partners to support successful project delivery, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure all activities remain aligned with project objectives.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme and have gained a great deal since starting. It has provided me with valuable knowledge and practical experience, helping me to grow both professionally and personally. Throughout the programme, I’ve felt well supported, particularly when facing challenges, and have benefited from guidance that has helped me navigate new opportunities with confidence. This support has made a real difference in enabling me to develop my skills and make the most of the experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication, project management, and delivery skills, while also gaining new approaches to negotiation, change management, and budget oversight. In addition, I have built my ability to assess project quality and performance, alongside a range of other valuable skills that support effective project delivery. I am really grateful to ESNEFT for this opportunity.
