Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves a range of administrative processes, supporting training and development programmes to upskill and retain existing staff. I am also involved in some marketing and promotional activities.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have very much enjoyed my apprenticeship programme - it has helped me to learn more about myself, my skills and the organisation in which I work, as well as general principles of business administration.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have developed existing skills, such as organisation, communication, and time management. I have also started developing skills in new areas, such as project management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer couldn't be more supported. I have never had any difficulty in accessing off-the-job learning opportunities, and have felt strongly encouraged throughout.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider and assessor have been wonderful throughout. 1:1 sessions have helped me to build confidence when discussing key ideas and concepts, and I know that my assessor can always be counted on for additional support and guidance when needed.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Completing the qualification has built my confidence within my existing role. The new and existing skills I have developed have enhanced my performance at work, and the projects that I have completed have helped with service improvement within my team.
