Each day is varied and I work within a great supportive team.

Each day I know I am making a difference to peoples lives, supporting them to develop and supporting them to provide the best care to our patients and visitors.
I lead a team, always looking to improve the service and develop improved ways of working.

I am able to use my skills and experience to influence good practice, support colleagues, and contribute to service improvement. I generally feel that my input is valued, particularly when working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. There are opportunities to share ideas, provide leadership, and see the impact of my work.
