I am a duty manager of a hotel, daily running the hotel and restaurant attached.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is good, it has plenty of courses to complete breaking it down into smaller chunks, this makes progressing easier. The support from the lifetime team is good too.

The course breaks it down into sections that covers everything from your personal learning to influencing your team and driving change.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured with a progression page broken down into dates, pushing you to co plate on time and reminding when your overdue on courses.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

So far I have had support from my manager when I have requested it, but as its still early into the course I have not needed much.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My instructor checks in at least once a month and has calls with me quite often to check my progress and help out.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So far it has helped me learn how to understand my teams needs and how my actions can not only drive them but influence them also
