As an apprentice Project Manager I support multiple project managers by coordinating schedules, organising tasks, tracking progress, managing documentation and communicating so that projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot as you are constantly doing something new and are always provided help when you need it.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed several skills including project reporting and communication. I have been exposed to project management platforms I would not normally use day to day. I have also improved my time management, literacy and adaptability through a range of project experiences.

Extremely organised, with a team dedicated to early careers that help support and guide individuals like myself starting up in their career.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A great amount of support is received whether that's my line manager, early careers team or project team.

I have a wide range of experiences to talk about in my studies that have helped me with various modules. Arcadis are also very mindful and respect your off the job hours that go towards university learning.

My studies help me by providing background information that help me understand my project/ construction terminology better.
