How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Sheffield Hallam University provides plenty of contact hours onsite and online, in the form of webinars, workshops, online courses. They support with additional sessions to ensure you are on the right track with all apprenticeship related assessment criteria.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification provides evidence for software engineering and leadership skills which not only helps me to perform in my current role, but also highlights my potential for more senior technical roles
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
TUI has many networking opportunities outside of work. I personally have enjoyed the gaming network, in which we meet regularly to play board games. There are also networking opportunities based on DEI, which TUI continue to invest heavily in.
