Your Early Careers Programme is highly structured and well‑organised, with a clear two‑year timeline, defined core and role‑specific modules, consistent onboarding support, and regular touchpoints that make it easy to understand what’s expected at each stage of your development. Alongside this, the team you work with is supportive, collaborative and engaged — they communicate frequently, work closely across People, Comms and Social Impact, share updates to keep everyone aligned, and involve you in planning, events and onboarding activities, creating an environment where you feel included and able to grow
