I am a customer service apprentice working in school admissions for Sandwell Council. I manage applications for children to apply/move schools, and respond to queries from parents via phone or email regarding school admissions. Typically I am processing online or physical applications, sending decision letters or information to schools, and responding to public queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
