I manage payments sent to subcontractors for their work on site. This allows me to see the full construction process and the works that go on on site day to day!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love seeing the extensive work required to build large scale infrastructure and the materials and technology required to build.

Yes I have learnt about the construction process and the legal and financial structures used to run construction projects.

Excellent support. Balfour Beatty have great incentives and training courses, they also offer support to obtain charterships as well as the degree!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The Qualification course is tailored to my role and allows me to see and learn things outside my job role at the same time. Balfour Beatty also encourage apprentices to explore the topics they are being taught at University with the qualified professionals within the business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
