Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

every day i would be on site setting out design plans and helping the guys on site understand what to do whilst shadowing the graduate.

yes, i am learning the civil engineering degree whilst working and by doing this i can add new skills that could be shown in the classroom

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is very well organized between work and university. the only thing i would add would be "on campus days" every week as right now we only have them every month due to shortage of uni staff

i receive a lot of support from my employer which has helped with some of my health issues i have recently had
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Balfour Beatty are extremely supportive with any help i need whether that be an extra few days off for exams or even help understanding the coursework
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

by understanding through coursework it helps me bring my knowledge to work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there are loads of extra events through the work scheme.
