I am a project manager responsible for planning and budgeting construction works.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I've found my apprenticeship programme at Aston University to be very interesting. The topic areas are very different to my undergraduate degree so I've learnt a lot.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured and there is clear visibility of the schedule which allows me to plan my work time around it effectively.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive and allows me the time needed to complete my university work. Every quarter I check-in with the university tutor with my line manager who has been very supportive of my development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has helped to broaden my skills and knowledge base which has enabled me to perform better in my current role and inevitably will help me to perform better in future senior roles.
