My role day to day changes as i change secondments of the business but my weekly programme consists of one day in college and 4 in the office

I really enjoy the programme and there are lots of opportunites

I have developed many skills since beginning and these range from technical skills which have been construction and engineering based, but i have also developed more soft skills such as confidence and speaking skills

I have a dedicated plan of how my programme is to progress and it is flexible enough to change when required
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support that I need in the form of a mentor figure to teach me around the business, and another to help me build relations. We also receive numerous training courses

The qualifications I get allow me to perform my role easier and therefore expand my knowledge and allow me to work better

I dont believe there are very many extra curricular activites to get involved in at work but as a work team we do meet up to socialise out of work hours
