Learning Manager, with a small team of 3. Responsible for managing the training budget, understanding business needs linked to people and the Talent Management strategy. Also becoming a qualified coach with my appretniceship.

Why?
Covea has a great culture and encourages personal development. People here are motivated and care about people around them. I have worked here for nearly 26 years and can't imagine working anywhere else. I have support from my manager and team and flexibility to ensure work and home life are balanced.
