I help the marketing team by planning and making some campaign content, making post creatives that go externally, writing captions for posts, report and monitor our LinkedIn performance, and supporting other people in marketing. I also design, blogs, update the website, and broker‑focused projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Covea is honestly an amazing place to work. The people and support, culture, and opportunities make it feel very motivating and genuinely fun to be part of every day.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve improved my marketing skills by learning to create better content, analyse performance, use new softwares, work with other really skilled designers, and communicate clearly with people in marketing and other departments too.

I get a lot of support from Covea and my manager. I get training, helpful feedback, and Covea is a workplace that really invests in apprentices!

I've just started my apprenticeship, but the first induction call, we had some insights in branding - and it was very helpful with the work that I do at Covea.

Yes there are, I'm actually attending multiple of these events in the future, and there's ton across the business that you can attend.
