Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

so I am doing my customer service apprenticeship at Sandwell council joint equipment stores, where we provide equipment's for adaptation and promote independency. booking slots for delivery and collection of no longer required equipment's, equipment repairs and replacements.
Assesses client for the suitable equipment's for their needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
