Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at TUI UK & Ireland?
There is a warm friendly environment where learning and growth is encouraged! As a neurodiverse employee, they've been so supportive!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
n my current role as a CRM Analyst, I use data to understand customer behaviour, build SQL pipelines, and deliver insight that supports campaign planning and drives better decision‑making across teams. On the graduate programme I completed rotations in CRM, Digital CRO, and Price & Yield, where I worked on dashboards, experiments, data quality, and commercial reporting. These roles gave me a broad view of the business and strengthened both my technical skills and my ability to simplify complex findings. What I enjoy most is solving ambiguous problems, working end‑to‑end on analysis, and turning data into clear, meaningful insight for non‑technical stakeholders.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
4/5
My role gives me plenty of opportunities to contribute in a meaningful way because the insight I produce directly shapes how we plan campaigns and improve customer experience. I feel valued because my team trusts me with important analysis, includes me in discussions early, and encourages me to bring ideas forward. Working across different rotations also helped me build confidence, as I could see the impact of my work across multiple teams. Overall, I feel my contributions are recognised and that my work genuinely makes a difference.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?
4/5
I think my compensation package is fair for a graduate scheme, and the benefits do add good value. I particularly appreciate the discounted travel, flexible working, and wellbeing support, as these make a genuine difference day‑to‑day. At the same time, there is scope for pay to grow as I take on more responsibility.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?
4/5
The role is preparing me well for my future career because it has given me strong technical skills, experience working with real business problems, and exposure to different areas of the organisation. It has also helped me build confidence in communicating insights and taking ownership of meaningful work, which I know will be valuable in more senior roles.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?
3/5
I’d rate this as three out of five because I’ve been able to develop some strong skills through my day‑to‑day work, especially technical capability and problem‑solving. At the same time, the amount of structured or formal training has been limited, so there is still room for more consistent development support.

Experience & Company Culture

How is the support you receive?
4/5
I’ve had great support from my mentor and buddies and managers, who have been approachable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping me develop. They’ve given me practical guidance, helped me navigate challenges, and made it easy to ask questions without feeling judged.
How is your work-life balance?
5/5
I’d rate my work‑life balance as five out of five because my typical week gives me the space I need to look after my wellbeing and maintain a healthy routine outside of work. The flexibility in how I plan my time, along with supportive colleagues, makes it easy to manage both personal commitments and my workload without feeling overwhelmed
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?
4/5
I’d rate the organisational culture as four out of five because the overall atmosphere is positive, friendly and inclusive, and people are generally supportive and easy to work with. The culture feels welcoming, and the hybrid working approach offers good flexibility while still giving space to collaborate in person. There is a strong sense of openness, and most teams make an effort to involve others and create a comfortable environment.
How would you rate TUI UK & Ireland initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?
5/5
I’d rate TUI UK & Ireland’s EDI initiatives as five out of five because the organisation puts real effort into creating an inclusive, welcoming environment. The focus on diversity networks, wellbeing support, and open conversations around accessibility makes the culture feel genuinely supportive. There are regular events, awareness campaigns and opportunities to get involved, which helps build a sense of community and belonging. Overall, the commitment to equality and inclusion comes through in both the initiatives themselves and how people show up day to day.
How would you rate TUI UK & Ireland CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
4/5
I’d rate TUI UK & Ireland’s CSR initiatives as four out of five because there is a strong focus on being environmentally responsible and supporting local communities. The organisation runs meaningful sustainability projects, encourages volunteering, and raises awareness of ethical travel and environmental impact. These initiatives create a sense of purpose beyond day‑to‑day work.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend TUI UK & Ireland to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend TUI UK & Ireland to a friend because it’s a supportive, inclusive place to work with great opportunities to learn and grow.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
3/5
The core work and day‑to‑day responsibilities have been valuable, but I expected more structured opportunities such as educationals, deeper exposure to different parts of the business, and more organised development beyond my immediate tasks. These elements have been more limited than I anticipated, so there is room to enhance the wider graduate experience
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
My main advice for anyone applying to TUI UK & Ireland is to be authentic and show why you’re passionate about travel, customers and data. The recruitment process is friendly and supportive, so take the time to prepare examples that show how you work, not just what you know. During onboarding, it really helps to ask questions early and get involved with your mentor and buddies, as they make a big difference in helping you settle in.
