I have really enjoyed the programme and found it to be a highly valuable experience for both my professional and personal development. It has provided me with the opportunity to broaden my understanding of leadership, organisational strategy, and service improvement within healthcare.

This has been particularly useful in my day-to-day role when managing service pressures, improving patient pathways, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
