I handle a lot of multi-channel marketing roles, often doing work for differing service lines. This can range from planning events and internal webinars to creating digital assets for our socials.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme has been extremely beneficial to me, and has provided me with a variety of opportunities and allowed me to grow and develop in a professional environment.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Ive learnt lots of skills:
- Adobe work, using photoshop, premier pro, indesign etc
- events planning, going through invoicing and purchasing while planning events for teams.
- email marketing, using campaign master to create mailshots for clients or events.

Well-structured, I'm given clear, concise targets and a manageable workload, with support throughout my tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, i have weekly catch ups and the team is always proactive in helping me, training me and pushing me to be the best i can be!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have monthly catch ups with my tutor allowing me to explain any troubles or difficult task, in which he supports me with, i receive a lot of support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification allows me to learn a variety of multi channel knowledge, this allows me to give new perspectives to the team and differing solutions on problems from what i learn in live sessions.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have lots of socials, including team days, rounders games, quiz nights, bead-making at lunch, and much more!

PKFSC has been so welcoming, ive genuinely enjoyed my apprenticeship, the culture is wonderful and the work i do is fun and exciting.
