It great so far, met so many intelligent and talented individuals boosting my confidence day by day to be a better version of myself everyday.

Yes certainly, I've improved on a lot of soft skills, but also been able to develop my skillsets and leadership to allow me to be the best within my Job role and my apprenticeship.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very good, my only feedback would be altering us a bit earlier when it comes to University work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is fundamental within our company with many mentors, buddies and Leadership Team to allow us to receive the necessary guidance needed to do well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have calls every month to re-visit all necessary admin work and giving us clarity on what each role intakes.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So far it's provide decent knowledge that is needed to perform our job role. But I do believe I've learnt more by being more hands on within the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Due to the sheer size of the company there is a huge number of networking events, activities and sport teams to involve ourselves into. Which I really enjoy but most importantly your able to build meaningful relationships and connections with others, but also learn something new about different industries that the company works in.

Why?
I would definitely recommend Accenture to others. Even though the company globally has a lot of employees, it really showcases the care and effort they put in, to help with supporting all the way through our programme.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
Learn to fail quickly and learn even faster. Be comfortable with throwing yourself in uncomfortable positions and showcase this in your application season.
