In addition to strengthening my soft skills, I have been actively enhancing my technical skills by completing training courses and participating in various workshops.

This programme is well‑structured. Mondays are dedicated university days, where the full day is spent on campus completing the academic components of the course.
Within Accenture, there is a dedicated space and support network for apprentices and other young new joiners, making it easy to connect, collaborate, and access the resources needed to succeed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Accenture actively encourages and supports people like myself to pursue qualifications and obtain relevant technology certifications. They fund training courses and often cover the cost of certification exams as well.
In addition to this, there are many different support groups available to meet a wide range of personal and professional needs, ensuring that everyone has access to the guidance and resources required to succeed.

5/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
The training provider offers a wide range of courses. How useful each course is often depends on the type of role you want to pursue. The technical qualifications provided are particularly valuable, as they cover many key areas of a modern business. For example, we receive training in Cyber Security, Website and Software Development, as well as Data Modelling and Engineering.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
