My role involves working with and shadowing Project Managers and Project Engineers of a Civils background working on water treatment and supply sights fulfilling improvements needed to increase supply and meet current specifications

I enjoy my role-the start was a little disorganised as it was their first year running apprenticeships

it is well organise but had a slight communication issue initially

very supportive with mentors and buddies-Line managers are very good at progress reviews

support was good sometimes they took a while to iron out some key aspects such as gaining access to surveying equipment
