I work in the Recruitment Team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This role means that I will work with the project in a specialist sector to learn and understand their business, and their requirements so that I can then find suitable people for them to employee. I support with the redeployment and internal progression people. I also am an active participant of the postive action programmes to ensure those from unconvential routes can also find employment.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am finding running the CIPD apprenticeship alongside, tough going, but I am enjoying the challenge. It's been a long while since I was in an educational type setting and it is amazing how much you forget. I do enjoy the apprenticeship immensely though, as it is consolidating the information I have gained through my working life.

I have developed existing skills and am using the theories set out in the apprenticeship to analyse some of the issues that I currently have in my day-to-day role.
