Its a really good job, the apprenticeship was incredible and gave me a lot of confidence not only in my job but in my day to day life as well
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was very enjoyable, my coach made it as easy as he could for me and was clear about meet times and whether we were meeting in person or on teams

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I essentially just developed most of my skills and learnt as I went, I learnt most of the theory based stuff from my apprenticeship as I was working at the same time

I didnt have the most support from my manager but my coach and everyone with lifetime were incredibly supportive

Not really, we have a staff party after Christmas and occasionally an unofficial staff party every now and then
