My job requires delivering the harvester brand experience to every single guest and ensuring the team are coached and trained to provide that service alongside pushing KPIs such as guest scores and 5 star sales, day to day managing the business and ensuring it is safe and legal
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme gave me the skills and knowledge to improve my own skills and gave me more confidence. My coach was fabulous and supported me throughout and I couldn’t of asked for more
