I’m a general manager so each day is different, learning and reviewing team as well as coach to get the best out of people. Making a business successful and delivering profit to the company and business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Was very engaging and fulfilling when completed, took a break between switching brands but was well worth the wait and helped me develop and achieve the best in myself and delivering to business

Yeah both developed and new skills, learning on the job and understanding the skills needed to better my experience with myself and business

Very good, as mentioned taking that break wasn’t an issue at all and helped me settle into a new brand and then use that experience to both brands and helped with my end point assessment

Amazing support, my coach was very helpful and understood that being a general manager takes time and fitting the time to see her was very easy to adapt. RBM support was definitely a help too
