Over see the every day running of the site, manage the team,coach team members, create great guest experiences, drive sales but also watch the p&l.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was great, broken down in to manageable sizes making it easy to stay on track whilst working full time, festive lead and a mum.

Loads of support. When moving house my tutor was able to move meetings about to accommodate and extend my time a couple of weeks. She had great knowledge and told me lots of stories which helped me aswell.

The programmes are well organised and tutor times are fantastic, mine were all remote but my tutor always had time for me, even on whatsapp.
