Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Producing sole trader, partnership, and company accounts for review by a manger to be filed at year end. Producing vat returns to be review by a manager. general admin such as updating and creating spreadsheets. Completing AAT level 3 in accounting, 1 college day a week.

Very well organised, never confused about when or what to do. Everything is clearly outlined and sufficiently detailed, making life easier.

Constant reviews. formal and informal. Always encouraged to ask questions to aid learning, opportunity at review points to create your own targets on what you would like extended help on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

All staff willing to help and give knowledge on current topic of study. Very experienced colleagues who are highly knowledgeable and happy to pass on.

Expands knowledge base and skillset. Direct implication from learning into work tasks. Content may differ slightly from real life application but all skills are applicable.

Take interest in your interviewers and the company as a whole. Note important details about scope of services and client demographics. Overall, be yourself, be confident, and be likeable. Everything during the course and work life can be taught and learned so the interview is to ensure you are the right character for the job instead of your knowledge/experience.
