Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
As a graduate civil engineer at Balfour Beatty, I gained practical experience in delivering infrastructure projects. My role involved supporting design and construction teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and contributing to the success of project. This experience strengthened my technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed working collaboratively with designers to ensure the site team receive clarrification for encountered questions and issues.
