Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
Very good, great graduate scheme where i am rotational and have 4 6-month rotations which gives good experience and exposure to the business.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Assisted the contract accountant on the SST PFI contract which was very insightful especially being based at the depot and therefore seeing the day to day operations of the contract.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I feel very included in the team and always given new opportunities to improve and develop. I have also been taking my exams where i feel supported.
