What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
In my position, I am primarily responsible for:
Setting up accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
Posting journals for various transactions.
Preparing and reviewing the balance sheet and profit and loss statements to maintain financial integrity.
I enjoy the analytical aspect of working on the balance sheet and profit and loss, as it gives me a clear picture of the business area's financial health. Additionally, the process of setting up accounts and posting journals allows me to contribute to the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, which is both challenging and rewarding.
