Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
My experience has been very positive with the company. My worries after leaving university were that i wasn't going to have enough knowledge to do the job but i was given sufficient training, and was eased into my new responsibilities gradually.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy having autonomy to manage my own accounts and am trusted to make judgement calls by myself.

I think Balfour Beatty is a good company to work for and has so much opportunity available for career progression. There are many different avenues you could explore within the business as it is so vast, and they will support you in doing so.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?
Research the company well as there is so many areas you could go into so it is good to have an idea beforehand. Make lots of notes before your interview so you are as prepared as you can be. Theres also lots of videos on youtube about some of the projects and achievements to give you a better idea, i found those useful before my interview.
