Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arcadis?
I have enjoyed my time here so far; I have a friendly and motivated team that create a fun working environment whilst pushing me to become a better quantity surveyor.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I mainly work on RIBA Stage 1-4 Cost Plans currently, using CostX for measurements and applying rates to form costs as part of elemental breakdowns and building up the overall cost plan. I also complete site visits where I have progress meeting and monthly valuations for projects, which I then produce meeting minutes and monthly payment certificates out of.
