Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
An excellent company which drives growth within a struggling industry. Interested in my development. It is a challenging job but have been supported in difficult times. Have experienced a variety of personalities and skillsets and never been integrated in a group project/challenge on this scale before.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Account management - looking after subcontractor payments and ensuring small businesses get paid on time.
Law and Contract Management - Handling disputes with some of the biggest names within the construction industries.
Client Relationships - Working with councils for the improvement of the city.
