Fantastic opportunity with a wide breath of experiences that you can get involved with
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
People Management. Having a team of individuals and leading them was very rewarding. Also, some of the project that i lead were very exciting and have really made a difference

I have been developing lots of skills the only thing is the balance between having the day to day and then also having to do the formal learning

I have had brilliant support throughout my time at DHL from my line manager to mentors. The NGT team took a little bit of persuasion to get into the rhythm of support but now all good.

Really good. Not over worked but also busy during the day making me feel i have purpose on my site.

DHL have many and there is a large emphasis on training around these initiatives.
How would you rate DHL CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

They have a lot but trying to get involved with them is challenging and also a lot of sites don't take the time to carry their CSR activities out.
