This has been very helpful in extending my knowledge of my job and my knowledge of the retail sector in general. It has given me more insight on how every department works and how there are many factors which businesses have to think about to keep their company reputable, profitable and reliable.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as I love learning and both lifetime and my employer have been very flexible with me in terms of attending university as well as dedicating myself to this apprenticeship.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have definitely learnt lots of new skills throughout this progress and I have definitely expanded on skills/knowledge that I already know. It has given me the chance to work on other departments, meet new people and ask lots of questions.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured, the only issue I find sometimes is the communication between the apprenticeship organiser and my employer.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my line manager but I think that overall, my employer could focus more on the apprenticeship and dedicate more hours to encouraging the apprenticeship so that apprentices gain as much from the experience as possible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider has supported me with everything I have needed support with and has been very understanding when difficult situations have arose.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Because I think it is great to keep constantly learning and discovering new things as it keeps your brain stimulated and the qualification and knowledge learnt is something which can definitely benefit you in all areas of life and employment
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifetime Training Group Limited?
Make sure to focus on all areas of the apprenticeship and don’t be afraid to say no and to tell people what you need to do to effectively complete the apprenticeship.
