Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Premier Foods graduate scheme so far. From day one, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed into the business. The experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the company, from factory visits to insightful inductions across all functions.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
End-to-end product development, from initial concept through to launch. Responsibilities included analysing market landscapes, exploring flavour profiles, designing packaging and tracking product performance once in market.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have a mentor and a buddy and have received so much advice from them. My line managers have always provided advice and knowledge to help me.

What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

The organisational culture is very positive and inclusive! It is a hybrid role with 50% of my time in the office and the other 50% at home working.

How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

It exceeded my expectations, at the assessment centre everyone was so lovely and encouraging and I have felt that culture ever since.
