Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
I loved my time on the Premier Foods Marketing graduate scheme. I was given so many exciting opportunities and was able to launch products whilst still on the graduate scheme, going from concept to launch in 15 months. I would recommend to anyone looking to get into marketing even if you don't have a marketing degree.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Product development from concept to launch, market mapping, flavour scoping, pack design, performance tracking, working with agencies, learning about budgeting & P&L
