What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Business partnering the sales team and analysing data looking for mistakes and solutions to problems that arise

Instantly after joining I was trusted with a handful of responsibilities. I was quickly able to get involved in longer and more meaningful projects to feel like I was contributing to the business development.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Good salary, after graduate scheme get additional perks, expensing travel, accommodation, a good number of holidays with opportunity to roll over 5 and purchase more, flexible time working from hoe and in office.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Learning a lot, had the opportunity to take ACA exams to become chartered.

responsive and helpful line managers who are happy to give you responsibility from the day you join. Friendly atmosphere where asking questions is supported and encouraged.
How is your work-life balance?

Plenty of holidays with option to buy more. Do have to study for exams in spare time but get study leave for each exam.

Was looking to study for ACA exams which I have ben able to do whilst simultaneously learning about how the business works and meeting great people along the way.
