Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
Great experience loved the rotations and learned loads
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I worked on new project development in commercial planning and delivered 6 new products to market. I also got the chance to present in front of the executive leadership team on a monthly basis.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Highly I was included in key meetings on a regular basis.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Very good, only issue being cost of living at the same time was high.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I now work permanently for the same company as did everyone who saw out their placements.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

I developed commercial knowledge massively throughout the rotations as well as soft skills on how people communicate and manage time in a corporate office

How is the support you receive?

Programme was set up with a mentor a buddy a line manager and with HR calls whenever we deemed necessary. There was also a specialised graduate HR lead who was always there.
How is your work-life balance?

I feel comfortable being allowed to take time out of work if necessary. Flexible hours also allow me to work earlier and finish earlier if needed for events ongoing outside of work.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Fantastic welcoming culture hierarchy is clear but without barriers of communicating up the hierarchy and with clear abilities to challenge.
How would you rate Premier Foods initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

There are programmes and initiatives in place that are geared towards equality and I&D and hope these create a positive atmosphere for the above. However I am not the best person to judge.
How would you rate Premier Foods CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

Policies are in place and initiatives seem closely followed. However, again my work is distanced from these initiatives
